it was a comfortable experience. we appreciated this comfortable hotel and stayed here for 1 night. the room on the upper floors. helpful staff members provided a few recommendations. marvellous location of the property on the beach. besides, it was very close to the center near the ado and market mercado 28, close from pub and restaurants, bus station and the beaches.

Convenient room location on the upper floors with good air conditioning 😎. Wake-up service available. the hotel is super close to the ADO bus station and other hotspots in the Yucatan Peninsula, as well as plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

I loved the price. It was truly a cultural experience being in a centro city location right across the street from Market 28. The staff was very kind and gracious. Highly recommend, as long as you know what you're getting into!
Kind of a long walk to catch the city bus. Reception staff spoke no English

Clean and simple, good value for the money, calm and quiet, not that far away from the bus station but if you don´t like walking or don´t want to pay for a taxi maybe you should stay somewhere else.
I didn´t have any water in the shower in the morning. I was in a hurry to catch my bus so I didn´t complain (used the washbasin instead). I´m sure they would have solved the problem if I had done so.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right next to the market and within walking distance to the bus terminal. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were fluent in English and made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with both the rooms and common areas being cleaned daily. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with good air conditioning and a safe in the room. We also appreciated the small personal area in front of the room, where we could relax in the hammock or hang our wet swim gear to dry.
Not obvious to find.

ADO station nearby. Not expensive. Going to the beach not a big problem (not walking distance).
Little outdated. Noisy air conditioner.

We had a late arrival but the reception was open and ready for us. Despite language barriers, they accommodated us at the agreed price. The room was basic but clean with AC and free water. Good location with nearby restaurants and a local market for souvenirs. I'd recommend this budget-friendly option.

The staff was friendly and the lobby area was charming. There were restaurants and shops close by and it was a 15 minute walk to main bus station that could take you to ruins and cities all over.
The staff didn't speak much English and the room was very, very basic and outdated. If you're going to Cancun to experience the beach or on a romantic getaway, this is not the right place. Ended up staying one night and then moving to a hotel on la Isla Mujeres.
